The only company to work in Parc national de la Gaspésie, Ski Chic-Chocs also offers backcountry skiing in the Réserve faunique des Chic-Chocs, the Mines Madeleine area and on the Haute-Gaspésie coast. Every morning, the team checks weather and snow conditions before departure to assess the stability of the snowpack and choose the best available ski area.

Access to these ski areas required travel by car, except if you are skiing in the Mines Madeleine area, in which case you will travel by sled pulled by a snowmobile. The company works with private groups only and offers a personalized experience based on participants’ needs. Avalanche safety equipment is provided; you may also rent ski gear on site. A heritage house accommodating 9 people is available for rent: located near downtown Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, only 30 minutes from Parc national de la Gaspésie, the house overlooks the St. Lawrence and the Sainte-Anne-des-Monts wharf.
