Parc national de la Gaspésie

In the heart of the Chic-Chocs, the territory of the Parc national de la Gaspésie includes 25 peaks over 1000 m! A large playground that allows for a short getaway, or a multi-day snowshoe or cross-country ski hike with overnight stay in a shelter. Forillon National Park

Forillon National Park is not officially open in the winter, but thanks to a team of volunteers coordinated by the Comité de l’entrepôt de L’Anse-au-Griffon, cross-country ski trails are maintained there. The trail La Vallée is 9.2 km and the Portage Trail is 20 km. You can also fatbike (rentals available) and of course snowshoe. Who needs marked trails? Powder snow, it’s perfect!
