Chef Pierre-Olivier Ferry offers a menu highlighting edible plants from the gardens’ horticultural collection. The featured appetizer, called the Métis Bloom Spoon, is an opportunity to try flower petals from over 15 different plants in the same mouthful! Your other option is the Le Bufton restaurant, located at the entrance to the gardens and surrounded by forest.
